How we know Beazt is actually new
The new casino label is perhaps the most exploited in the industry. The sites put brands that are three years old in their new lists because the pages still convert. So this question asks for evidence, and Beazt has the best kind; a licence that can be verified.
Every Beazt page footer states Granturo Malta Ltd holds licence MGA/B2C/1079/2025 issued on 10 September 2025. The year is a part of the licence number. You can verify this in the MGA licence register which lists every company authorised by the regulator.
This isn't a new company, and that matters. Granturo Malta is a part of the group that owns Wildz, Wheelz, Caxino and Spinz, four established casino brands. Beazt states so on its about page. A first time operator with no track record is the riskiest new casino. The opposite is true here: this is a brand new company with new paperwork, but the people running it have experience.
The welcome bonus, clause by clause
The welcome offer is a 100% match on your first deposit. You get to decide whether you want to take the match as a casino bonus with 35x wagering requirements or as a sports bonus with 6x and minimum betslip odds of 1.60. The minimum deposit is $10.
The amount you can get really depends on where you choose to view this offer, but the version of the offer we're looking at maxes out at $500. The mechanics are unusually fair
Three player-friendly clauses do the heavy lifting here.
- Wagering counts the bonus only. The welcome page says it in brackets: "just bonus amount". Deposit $100, get $100 in bonus money, and the casino branch asks for $3,500 in bets. Most new casinos wager deposit plus bonus, which doubles that number.
- The bonus is non-sticky. Real money is spent first. If you hit a win on your own cash before the bonus money is touched, you can forfeit the bonus and withdraw.
- No max win, no conversion cap. Nothing in the bonus terms or the general terms caps what a welcome bonus win can pay. Caps of 5x or 10x the deposit are standard at Curacao-licensed launches, so their absence here is genuinely rare.
The clauses to respect
The max bet rule is the sharp edge. While a bonus is active, you can bet at most EUR 5 per transaction and EUR 0.50 per bet line. If you go over that, Beazt has the right to void all your bets and winnings, and that extends to the winnings you received after completing all wagering requirements. Keep your stakes under the line until the bonus money is fully cleared or forfeited.
- Each qualifying bet reduces the requirement by at most EUR 5, so a EUR 3,500 target takes at least 700 bets.
- Slots count 100% toward wagering. Table games and live casino count 50%, which is more generous than the usual full exclusion. Video poker counts nothing.
- Around 27 named slots are excluded from wagering, including Dead or Alive 2 and Bloodsuckers. It is a title list; no provider is banned wholesale.
- You get 60 days to clear wagering once claimed. The norm at new casinos we track is 5 days.
- Opposite-side hedging, like covering red and black on one roulette spin, voids the bonus and its winnings.

Big wins are paid on a schedule
Two more clauses from the general terms are part of your maths. Deposits must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn. And winnings above EUR 50,000 can be paid in instalments of up to EUR 10,000 per day, EUR 25,000 per week and EUR 100,000 per month.
