The catch is the word "sticky". The promo page is clear about it - "All bonuses are sticky and no wager" - and what that means is that the bonus money itself can never be withdrawn. You keep the winnings, up to a point, and that point is the clause that decides this whole offer.
The cage around the bonus

The caps that shape a big win
WinSpin promises a withdrawal decision within 2 business days. WinSpin will also notify you if it takes more than 10 days for the funds to reach their destination. The limits take precedence. The weekly withdrawal limit is set at EUR 2,500 and a monthly limit at EUR 10,000, while winning EUR 20,000 or more may result in payouts being made in instalments. A winning amount of EUR 10,000 will take WinSpin a month to process in full.
Two further clauses belong in your maths. A 25% admin fee may be charged on withdrawn deposits that have not been wagered 5x.
