New Online Casinos September 2026: Ranked by What Verifies

We judged 20 new casinos against the same seven checks, applied equally to all of them, no exceptions: licence, company, launch evidence, bonus terms, payments, games and player protections. Every launch date on this page includes its evidence, and every licence seal was clicked on the regulator's own site. Six of the casinos failed that click.

The top 10 new online casinos right now

Each score is simply the average of the seven criteria from that casino's full review, nothing weighted. This ranking features the top scorers, where launch evidence is found within the current ranking cycle - our methodology page details each criterion and how it is scored.

1 Beazt Casino logo, ranked first among new online casinos in September 2026
8.7/10
LaunchedLicence issued 10 Sep 2025, stated on-site
LicenceMalta MGA/B2C/1079/2025, verifies at the regulator
Welcome offer100% up to $500

Beazt leads this cycle for having all of its paperwork in order, which is rarer than it sounds. The footer on the site names the operator and licence number and 10 September 2025 is the date of issue, and it is confirmed on the Malta register. The welcome bonus is the least generous on this page and for that it scores well: 100% up to $500 with terms that our review was able to price down to the last figure. It is lacking perfection. The payment list is short for a 2026 launch and the site does not disclose how many games it has anywhere. For this check we relied largely on what the lobby displayed. All other criteria were met, and no other launch this year came close.

7.1/10
LaunchedOpened Aug 2026; licence issue date 16 Sep 2025 in its own terms
LicenceAnjouan No. ALSI-202601043-FI2; no open lookup exists
Welcome offerUp to EUR 5,000 + 200 spins over several deposits

WinSpin launched in August of 2026 and has the most transparent cashier of the launches we scored, with methods, minimums and times clearly posted on public pages you can read before signing up. It offers packages which can go up to 5000 Euros and 200 spins. The main draw is the free spins with no wagering requirement at all. Read the fine print, though. WinSpin caps the winnings made from the free spins, and that cap effectively replaces the wagering. WinSpin is licensed in Anjouan as stated in the terms of the site. The regulator has no public verification page, thus the score reflects this.

3 SpinSkull Casino logo
6.9/10
LaunchedLicence issue date 29 Jan 2026, printed in the footer
LicenceMalta MGA, seal verifies; Ludaro Limited
Welcome offerEUR 1,200 + 1,200 spins over 6 deposits

Most launches on this page have no regulator-date official launch to point at. SpinSkull's footer has the date of licence issue, 29 January 2026, and the Malta Seal confirms the licence is currently valid. It belongs to Ludaro Limited and states an approved Dispute Resolution Body, which most of this page cannot do. The welcome offer is a ladder spreading EUR 1,200 and 1,200 spins over six deposits at 25x on deposit plus bonus, among the cheapest wagering here by some distance. The catch is the clock: each stage gives you 48 hours, which turns a fair multiplier into a race against it. The lobby is also hidden behind a login, so you register before you can browse a single game, which is its own kind of answer.

4 Thrill Casino logo
6.1/10
LaunchedOwn anniversary page dates the launch to Aug 2025
LicenceAnjouan, validates; Gravity Unleashed Limitada, Costa Rica
Welcome offerNone by design: rakeback + $75,000 weekly race

Thrill dates itself in writing, which almost nobody here does: a 2026 August anniversary page states the site went live 365 days prior, and the licence number includes a 2025 stamp. The Anjouan seal validates cleanly. The site's defining feature is the missing welcome bonus. You receive rakeback on your first wager and a $75,000 USD race each week which is paid in USDT, and you will never face a wagering requirement anywhere on the site. The trade-off is information, and the 15-coin cashier states no minimums, no fees and no processing times; self-exclusion is only available by email, and complaints can be submitted via a web form. It is a strong crypto pick without bonus maths, as long as you go in with eyes open on support and documentation.

LaunchedNo on-site date; licence grant 14 Apr 2025 is the verifiable floor
LicenceCuracao CGA, certificate verifies; GBL Solutions N.V.
Welcome offerEUR 3,200 + up to 800 spins over 4 deposits

Wild Chance is operated by GBL Solutions N.V., the same company behind OnlyWin, and its Curacao certificate verifies at the regulator first time. There is no information regarding their launch date anywhere on their site, so the minimum findable date for the launch is their licence date of 14 April 2025. What does warrant their presence is transparency: per-level withdrawal tables and named payout methods are available to the public, which is at a real premium on this list. The welcome package reaches EUR 3,200 with up to 800 spins offered across four deposits. The terms are burdensome, though: the bonus is subject to 45x wagering, wins are capped at 10x the deposit, and each of the four stages has a five day time limit of its own. Price each stage before you take it, not after.

LaunchedAbout page claims "We launched in 2026"; licence granted 14 Apr 2025
LicenceCuracao GCB, certificate verifies live
Welcome offer375% + 500 spins over 4 deposits

OnlyWin's About Us page states "We launched in 2026." The statement has an anchor; the operator's GCB licence dated April 14, 2025, shows the licence as live on the regulator's own certificate check page. This order ticks the real launch story box, and it is the right way round. The site offers ongoing value through Cashback and Reload promotions, accompanied by a four deposit 500 free spins bonus at 375 percent. The cage around that welcome bonus is the steepest in the top half of this page; 45x at 5 days per stage, with no room to breathe. Our review also flagged a contradiction worth knowing before you sign up: the site advertises itself as VPN-friendly while its own terms treat VPN use as fraud. Verified paperwork, real games, sharp terms.

7 Bitguruz Casino logo
5.3/10
LaunchedNo date published; licence number reads as a May 2025 issue
LicenceAnjouan, seal validates; Guruz Group Ltd
Welcome offer300% up to $3,000 + 300 spins

Bitguruz is the first Anjouan-licensed site whose footer seal we audited and confirmed to be live: Guruz Group Ltd, licence ALSI-202505027-FI2, status VALID, domain confirmed, all four lines agreeing. As this site doesn't publish a launch date, the licence number's own stamp reads as a May 2025 issue, and we say so instead of inventing a date. The offer is a 300 percent match up to $3,000 with 300 free spins on top. To follow the money, we had to trace it through a bonus wallet system, BGZ, and the site's terms. The anonymity pitch also collapses inside its own Terms and Conditions, which reserve full ID verification whenever they want it. Once you get beyond the Terms and Conditions, the payout terms are real and offer some amount of flexibility.

5.0/10
LaunchedRegister expiry 12 Jul 2027 implies a July 2026 grant
LicenceNevis NOGA, listed Active in the public register
Welcome offer300% + 300 spins; terms behind the login

OreonBet holds the first of the Nevis licences within this list, and it confirms first time: LIC-B2C202607C635660001, which is listed as Active in the regulator's public register under LEUATAR NET LTD. The register provides the age, as a one-year licence with an expiry of 12 July 2027 implies a grant date of July 2026. One line of our review states neutrally: the regulator's published contact address matches the operator's registered address. The floor is RTG-only with no game counter anywhere on the site. Deposits are available in ten methods from $10, and withdrawals are only available through Bitcoin and Litecoin, which is worth knowing before you deposit. The 300% plus 300 spins offer keeps its promotion terms behind the login, while a 33% no-wagering bonus is displayed along with the offer.

LaunchedNothing on-site; operator licence dated 14 Apr 2025
LicenceClaimed Curacao; this domain's certificate link answers Not Found
Welcome offer"10 Welcome Bonuses" pack; no public terms

SpinEmpire is the third of the GBL Solutions brands on this page, and the odd one out, as the certificates of the sister brands verify licences, whereas the certificate for this domain responds Not Found every time we tried it. There is no date anywhere on the site to provide any context, so the operator licence of April 2025 is the only thing a visitor has the option to rely on. The online shop offers a headline with a four-figure welcome pack of ten bonuses, and no public pages on the site provide the price, and the promotions page entirely ignores this offer. Credit where due: per-level withdrawal tables are published in full. Debit where due: dormancy voids balances after twelve months, and that clause is real enough to cost you. The 4.9 is the gap between the shop window and the paperwork behind it.

LaunchedNo launch date on-site; the one printed date is the 2024 operator licence
LicenceCGA number printed; certificate answers Not Found; Santeda International B.V.
Welcome offer550% up to $5,700 + 900 spins; wagering unpublished

Zizobet uses the most detailed company footer in the bottom half: Santeda International B.V. as operator, a named agent company, and a licence with an issue date of August 14, 2024, whose certificate link returns Not Found when you click it. The betting offer with a "headline" of 550% up to $5,700 consists of a total of four deposit matches. The tier holes are walked through one by one in our review, and no wagering figure appears anywhere on the site at all. Overall, the product is impressive, having a slots counter that had 9,690 titles, as well as a full sportsbook with live promos. However, the cashier page is behind the login, as usual down here. Because of this, players are forced to deposit the funds before knowing the rules of the cashier.

One casino was dropped from this ranking on its own evidence. SlotRave scores 5.4 and would have ranked 7th, but 2024 paperwork is listed in their own company terms. This indicates that the casino is a relabel of an older casino, and thus, falls outside our freshness period by some way. It remains in our review archive with its full score sheet. We would rather lose a listing than call an old site new, every time.

How this new casino ranking works

One test, one day

All of the casinos listed here went through the same review on the same day, using a checklist of 7 items, each scored out of ten, no weighting. These include Licence, Companies, Dates, Bonus terms, Payment methods, Games, and Player protection. The overall score is the plain average of those seven, and the full working sits in each linked review with screenshots of the pages we actually read. The methodology page provides a breakdown of all of these items in the checklist, one by one.

Who gets ranked

A casino is listed while its launch evidence sits inside 24 months, and ranked while that evidence places it within the current launch cycle. Once that evidence ages out, the brand is moved to the review archive automatically, as SlotRave was above, with no exceptions made. Brands that have announced a launch but are not open yet are located on our upcoming casinos page instead.

Where the facts come from

There are two primary places that information can be sourced from, and only two. These include the casino's published pages and the regulators' verification tools. When a site publishes no information or answers for a given query, for example, the age, the owner, or the wagering controls, the review states that plainly and scores it as silence is an answer. This page is verified monthly, and the changelog at the bottom documents every change we make.

Launch dates and licence checks for all 20 new casinos

The industry's most common practice is to call an old site new, and it works. Therefore, we print each launch date along with the evidence quoted from that review's launch-evidence check. Review the second column the way an auditor might, slowly. A stated, checkable date beats a licence stamp, and a licence stamp beats silence, and silence will be recorded here as silence.

Best new casinos by use case

A single ranking hides real differences in what each launch is actually good at. These picks come from the scored checks, and each note captures the catch as well as the strength, because there is usually a catch.

Cleanest paperwork: Beazt

The only launch this cycle with a stated issue date, a verifying Malta Licence and a named operator all in agreement. The only drawback: the least payment methods of the top three. Beazt review

Best no-wager spins: WinSpin

Free spins with zero wagering requirements are available on the site with the most transparent cashier we scored. The drawback: a win cap does the limiting instead. More offers are posted on our new casino bonuses page. WinSpin review

Best with no bonus at all: Thrill

You get rakeback on the first bet, and payments in USDT made each week, so there are no wagering requirements. The drawback: a cashier with no published statistics. More crypto launches on our new crypto casinos page. Thrill review

Clearest payout rules: Wild Chance

You get per-level withdrawal tables and named payout methods published in the open, on a certificate that verifies. The drawback: a 45x welcome cage with five-day stages. Wild Chance review

Cheapest wagering, if you are fast: SpinSkull

The 25x on deposit plus bonus is among the lowest multipliers on this page. The drawback is the clock: 48 hours per stage is a sprint. SpinSkull review

Biggest game floor: Zizobet

A slots counter we verified at 9,690 titles and a full sportsbook, the largest floor. The drawback: a dead certificate and no published wagering stats. Zizobet review

Six licence seals failed our August checks

The most useful finding this month came from clicking every seal in every footer, which showed six licence claims that fail at the source, and another five sites that make no claim at all. Here is the full board, sorted by what the check came back with. Every name links to the review that walks through it, and our Curacao licence guide teaches the two-minute check behind the Not Found lane, if you want to run it yourself.

Seal check: InvalidThe regulator's own validator rejects the claim
  • OxibetThe claim carries no licence number at all.
  • CoinCasinoThe Tobique check answers that the site is unlicensed.
  • BombasticIts printed Anjouan number fails the regulator's own validator.
Certificate: Not FoundCuracao credentials whose certificate links answer Not Found
  • SpinEmpireIts two sibling brands verify; this domain's certificate link is dead.
  • LussurioA printed Curacao number with nothing behind the link.
  • ZizobetThe fullest company footer of the bottom half, ending in a dead link.
No licence claimedNo regulator, no number - nothing to test at all
  • LolaJackSame platform as BigClash under two skins; no owner named.
  • BigClashThe second skin of the pair; no owner, no licence.
  • WintinoShares one terms document with Golisimo, identical to the version number and revision date.
  • GolisimoIts owner is defined only as "the company operating the Website".
  • MegaFishWinsWrites its own domain name where an operating company should be.

One thing the board can't show: two of these operators have legally named themselves after their registration numbers.

"3-102-937894 Limitada"the company in CoinCasino's terms "3-102-941536 Limitada"the company in Bombastic's terms

This is a perfectly legitimate way to register a company, and it is also the most obscure official company name that can exist. How this impacts the player is priced per review, casino by casino.

How to check a new online casino yourself

Our reviews follow a format that anyone can replicate in about ten minutes. Before you deposit at any launch, including the ones we rank, run the following checks:

  1. Find the licence line

Scroll all the way to the footer. A real claim names the regulator, the licence number and the operating company. If you see a claim that is missing an entity or contains number-free claims, consider this your answer and stop there.

  2. Click the seal yourself

A genuine seal is clickable and takes you straight to a validator page on the regulator's own site. What it says there is worth a read. We clicked on twenty of these this week and six of them came back INVALID or Not Found, which is six too many.

  3. Search the operator's name

A named company with a registration number is findable, which is the whole point of asking. A company named after its registration number or no company at all, tells you with certainty who you would be facing if a payout is held: no one.

  4. Find the wagering number before you deposit

A fair offer prices itself right there on the offer page: multiplier, window, max bet. If a four-figure package publishes no wagering figure anywhere, the price is whatever the casino decides later.

  5. Open the cashier before you fund it

Minimums, fees and processing times all belong on a public page. A login-gated cashier means you accept the payout rules blind, before you know what they are.

New casinos vs established sites: what you can verify

An established casino has years of payout data, complaints and player reviews behind it. A new August casino has none of that. To write a new casino review, you'll need to rely on paperwork in place of a track record, because there isn't one yet. Three of our seven checks of a new casino - licence, company and launch evidence - exist for this reason. An anonymous launch can score a 2 on them before one game even loads.

What a new launch can offer

  • Bigger opening offers. The advertised packages on this roster reach 550% across four deposits, multiples of what mature sites promote.
  • Cashiers on current rails. Crypto rows, stablecoins and instant-bank options come as standard equipment.
  • Terms you can actually read. Fresh documents, readable from the first clause, with nothing patched over for a decade.

What only time can prove

  • No track record. No payout history, no complaint file, no player feedback - the three things an established site is actually selling.
  • Unpriced bonuses. A big advertised package with no published wagering figure appears three times in our table.
  • Login-gated rules. Hidden cashiers and hidden bonus terms appear on both halves of this ranking.
  • Unchecked seals. An established brand with a dead licence link gets caught within weeks; a three-week-old site may never have been checked before we clicked. Six failed this month.
Adrian Voss, GlobalCasinoRank reviewer

After evaluating all twenty, our advice is simple enough: select a casino with paperwork that you can check yourself - a licence that verifies, a company that is named, and terms that include real numbers. A record can only be built over time.

New online casinos FAQ

What is the best new online casino right now?

Of the 20 launches we evaluated in August 2026, Beazt earned the highest score of 8.7. It has a clearly posted licence date of September 10, 2025 on the site, confirmed at the Malta regulator, the operator is named, and the terms of the 100% up to $500 welcome bonus can be priced in full from what is published. Its weaker points are a thin list of available payment alternatives and unpublished total game counts.

How do you verify when a casino really launched?

In order of importance: the launch date posted on the casino website, the licence issue date posted on-site and verifiable at the regulator, a date stamp inside the licence number itself, and dated terms documents. Thrill's own anniversary page and Beazt's stated issue date are the strongest examples of these. When a site publishes none of these, our table says "nothing on-site" and the launch-evidence score drops.

Are new online casinos safe to play at?

Some have them, and the paperwork tells you which. Out of the 20 launches we scored, 8 have seals that check at the regulator, 6 have seals that fail their own validator, and the rest claim no licence at all. Before you deposit anywhere, click the seal in the footer and read the regulator's answer. This step only takes about a minute, and this month 6 sites would have been flagged.

Which new casinos offer bonuses without wagering?

WinSpin has no wagering requirements on their free spins, however, they do apply a win cap that does the limiting. OreonBet states a 33% no-wagering bonus, and the rest of their welcome terms are behind a login. Thrill completely avoids bonuses and offers rakeback instead, meaning none of your winnings is ever locked up. For all the latest offers, please visit our new casino bonuses page.

What is the newest online casino on this list?

WinSpin opened in August 2026 and ranks second at 7.1. Wintino and Golisimo launched even later in the month, however, they fail the checks that matter: one shared terms document, no named owner and no licence claimed, which is why they rank at 3.9 and 3.7 near the bottom.

Play responsibly

Gambling is entertainment with a cost, never a way to make money. New casinos compete hardest on bonuses, and a big multiplier over four deposits is four separate spending decisions. Set a ceiling before the first one and treat every bonus as spending, not income. Several sites on this page offer limit tools only by email, so your own limit is the one that counts.

If play stops feeling like a choice, free and confidential help is available at Gambling Therapy and BeGambleAware. This site is for adults 18 and over.

Ranking by Adrian Voss, published 28 August 2026. Scores and evidence lines come from the 20 linked reviews, each based on the casino's own published pages and the regulators' verification tools, captured on the day of review from the site versions we were served. This page is re-verified monthly. Changelog: 31 Aug 2026 - rolled the board to its September 2026 edition; every score stands as verified in the late-August pass. 31 Aug 2026 - corrected the Wild Chance card's wagering basis to 45x the bonus, per its review; linked the new guides library from the self-check and seals sections. 28 Aug 2026 - first version.
