We have seen this document before. It is the same terms and conditions we reviewed at Wintino, version by version and clause by clause, and it earns the same two here: silence scores above a false claim, and nothing more. No authority is mentioned concerning this site, and no external body is obliged to hear a complaint against this site.

We check for the operating company, its registration number, and the track record. Golisimo's terms describe "Company" as "the company operating the Website". That is a circle, and the words disclose nothing. A company's name as well as its registration number, address, and the jurisdiction where it is registered are lacking in all of the company's documents. The only provision that is remotely substantive promises that in the case of insolvency, the funds of the clients will be safeguarded by segregated bank accounts. The promise is given by a company whose name is nowhere on the site.
This time we can include lineage. The documentation, the platform, the live-casino branding and the cashier are the ones Wintino runs. This puts Golisimo as the second operation of an enterprise that keeps its name off both. Two points and the pattern noted.

The 300% offer breaks down into four deposits: 100% up to $1,500 with 200 spins, then 50%, 50% and 100% up to $750 each with spins offered, with each stage having a $30 minimum, a $150 maximum bet, and a stated multiplier of 35x on the deposit and bonus, and 10 days to clear each stage, with spin winnings set to 40x.
The maths is the difficult part. At the $100 First Deposit level, a player would need to generate $7,000 of slot turnover in 10 days. The paperwork: a document we have read before
Auditing Golisimo gave us a rare case: we had previously analysed its terms at another online casino. This document is version 1.12, revised 19 August 2026, the same version and date as Wintino's, and it matches clause for clause, from the definitions to the complaints procedure. Clause 1.4 determines the owner as "the company operating the Website." Clause 14.1 determines the law under which the dispute will be resolved to be "the applicable Law" of no named place. The opening hours of the payout desk, dormancy fee, and withdrawal policy are the same in every aspect.
The two sites share more than just text. The live-casino section displays the same in-house saloon branding, the cashier serves the same 19 method tiles with the same gateway, and the terms even contain a named slot with branded annex - Golisimo's third annex is named after itself, while its sibling's carries different gamification features. The welcome package: four deposits, priced in full
The offer page nicely publishes everything which deserves its own sentence of credit at this end of the table. The 300% offer is a four-stage offer:

After half of Golisimo's terms, I stopped taking notes and started comparing files. I had read all of the sentences up to this point. Same version number, same revision date, same committee, same weekday payout desk, same clause where the company's name should be. Discovering this reframes both reviews: this is not an anonymous casino but a nameless operation running at least two polished casinos, and the polish is exactly what makes it worth pointing out - amateurs forget to name themselves, but an operation this organized omits its name on purpose, twice.
