This check asks three questions. First, which regulator licensed the casino? Second, is the licence number published? Finally, does that number check out? Wintino provides no answers to these questions. The footer has no seal and no company line. The about page talks about fast payouts and anti-money-laundering rules, but never names a regulator. The terms are silent too, and clause 14.1 says a dispute will be resolved "in accordance with the applicable Law", without ever specifying which country's law this refers to.
We give a 2 rather than the lowest score because saying nothing is still a notch above printing a licence number that the regulator then denies, which other casinos on this site have done. The practical effect is the same. No-one outside the casino has agreed to hear your complaint, and no-one outside the casino has agreed to inspect the games or the money. This was the case in August, and this was the case on 21 October.

Here we examine the operating company, its registration number and its track record. Wintino's terms define "Company" as "the company operating the Website". This is circular naming. There is no legal name, no address and no registration number on any page. In clause 6.1, the terms state payments may be processed by the Company "or a third party designated by the Company". This is one more name you never get.
In clause 6.17, it is stated that customer funds are ring-fenced in a client bank account, and therefore protected in the event of the company going under. This would be a reassuring statement if a real company signed off on it. For the time being, this is an unnamed promise. The same terms run Golisimo and Lanista, and therefore whoever this is runs at least three casinos without ever naming itself. Two points.

Wintino's pages provide no information about dates. There are no opening announcements, history, "since" lines, or licences with an issue date on them. Wintino.com was registered in May 2019, which says nothing about when a casino opened on it. Two of Wintino's mirror sites that send players there were registered in July and September 2026. What the site does show is that it is maintained: the terms went from version 1.12, dated 19 August 2026, to version 1.13, dated 25 September 2026. The promotion calendar, tournaments and jackpot tickers are live.
A 4 is the highest score we give a site that is clearly switched on but doesn't say when it was switched on. Lanista, on the same platform, gets a 5 here since its brand domains were registered in August 2025, which at least puts a date on the launch.

The offer page is one of the most comprehensive at this level. It states a 125% match up to $1,332 on a minimum deposit of $30, 250 free spins paid out as 25 per day over a 10 day period, a $150 maximum bet, and that deposits made using Neteller or Skrill will not qualify for the bonus. The price is where it falls down. The wagering requirement for the deposit and bonus together is 35x, and the free spin winnings are subject to a 40x wagering requirement. This means that for a $100 deposit you would have a $125 bonus and would need to complete a total of $7,875 in wagers within 10 days, while the free spins are still being credited in daily batches that expire after 24 hours.
The general terms and conditions add more. No more than 10 times the bonus amount can ever be cashed out. Free spin winnings are capped at $75 for up to 50 spins and $150 above that. A withdrawal request before you claim the bonus, or while it is active, will forfeit it. The cashier page is open to anyone and begins with country and currency selectors. Selecting Canadian dollars lists 18 deposit tiles with a range on each method. For Interac, the range is from $10 to $9,000. For cards it is from $20 to $4,000. MiFinity is from $20 to $3,750. The range for Bitcoin is from $45 to $10,000. USDT on four networks, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, TRX, USDC, BNB, Solana and Cardano are also on the list, with a range from $20 to $8,000. Very few casinos at this score state deposit limits per payment method this clearly. Choose Ireland from the country list and the page states "No payments found". What you see depends on your location.
In the terms, withdrawal limits are in a five-step ladder from $750 a day and $10,500 a month at Level 1 up to $2,300 a day and $30,000 a month at Level 5. Around the ladder are the rules that cost points. A finance desk, open from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, only processes requests during the week and takes up to three business days per request. Spinomenal leads with 818, followed by Foxi, Yggdrasil, Play'n GO, Amusnet, CT Interactive, Tada Gaming and BGaming. The home page rails show 652 top games and 1,071 new games, the top live rail shows 130 tables, the roulette rail shows 122 tables, and an in-house branded Gold Saloon has four tables of its own. Jackpot tickers are shown on the tiles. The sports side has a complete book with live betting, virtual sports and horse racing. There are tournaments, challenges, a wheel of fortune and a coin shop on top.
Every tile has a Demo button that works without an account, so players can look through the lobby before depositing money. Two points are held back. The biggest live studios are missing from the provider filter, and the counts do not state which studios run the live tables. In August the lobby showed a single slots counter; that counter is no longer shown, so the game total has to be added up from the providers page. An 8.

The responsible gaming page offers a self-check questionnaire, some advice, and links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. It offers no means to limit or manage spending yourself. There are no deposit or loss limits, no session reminders, no cooling-off periods, or any other means of responsible gaming. Self-exclusion means emailing support@wintino.com, after which your account is closed "as soon as practicable", and the page makes it your job not to open a new account.
Email your complaint to support first, then as a written complaint to a separate address, then to an internal Complaints Resolution Committee, which must respond within 10 days. The terms mention "external dispute resolution options" without naming one. Clause 13.9 states you will not take legal action against any third party involved in running the site, from the game studios to the payment providers. Is Wintino licensed, and who runs it?
They don't claim a licence and don't name a company. These are the first two questions we ask every casino, and Wintino answers neither. The terms define "we", "us", "our" and "Company" as "the company operating the Website". That is the only corporate disclosure: no legal name, no registration number, no address. The footer, where casinos normally put their company line and a licence seal, carries a sentence about responsible gambling and a copyright notice, and nothing else.
There is the same lack of information throughout the document. Clause 2.2 says the Company gives no assurance that your play is legal where you live, and then moves on. Clause 14.1 says a dispute will be settled "in accordance with the applicable Law". No country and no court are named. Other casinos on this site fail this check loudly, with a footer seal that validates as INVALID. Wintino fails it quietly, by providing nothing to check.
Wintino isn't the only brand on this document. The same terms, with the same clause 1.4, run Golisimo, and since October we know they run Lanista as well. The offer page should get some credit, and here's what it says in the Canadian dollar version, the one we saw. The same offer is printed in other currencies in the other versions of the site, with the cap at EUR 777 in euros and NZD 1,554 in New Zealand dollars.

The bonus rules that matter most
- Wagering: 35x on deposit plus bonus. Most of the casinos on this site ask for 35x to 45x, but on the bonus alone. Wintino requires a higher playthrough than the others, because it counts your deposit as well. Deposit the minimum ($30), and you get a $37.50 bonus and have to wager $2,362.50. Deposit $100, and you have to wager $7,875. Take the full match, a deposit of $1,065.60, and you have to wager just under $84,000 within 10 days.
- The clock runs while the spins arrive. You've got 10 days to place your bets. The 250 free spins arrive in batches of 25, one a day over 10 days, and each batch is available for 24 hours. Free spin wins are subject to 40x on top.
- Max bet: $150. No bet may go above $150 while the bonus is in play.
- Winnings are capped. No more than 10 times the bonus amount can be transferred to your real balance. This means a $37.50 bonus can never pay more than $375. Free spin wins are also capped, at $75 or $150, and anything over the caps is forfeited.
- Four ways to lose it. You must claim the bonus prior to placing any bets with the deposit. A withdrawal request before claiming, or while the bonus is in play, cancels the bonus. Cancelling the bonus clears the casino bonus balance. Also, activating another bonus or claiming free spins cancels the previous bonus and its winnings.
- Not all games count. Of the games listed in section 7, slots, scratch cards and keno are weighted at 100%, live games at 10%, table games and card games at 0%, and jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo are not allowed during bonus play at all. While a bonus is in play, a long list of "Prohibited Games" cannot be played.
Following the welcome offer, you get a 200% crypto welcome bonus up to 3,000 USDT at 40x on deposit plus bonus, 50 weekly free spins, a $1,050 weekend reload plus 50 free spins, live cashback of 25% up to $300, and daily cashback at 15% for VIP levels 2 to 5. The daily cashback is worth reading the rules for. The promotion card says the cashback is capped at $600. The rules say the cap depends on your level and goes up to $800. Either way, the cashback is subject to a wagering requirement of 1x before it can be withdrawn.
Wintino payment methods and withdrawal limits
The payments page is public. You pick a country and a currency and it gives you a list of deposit and withdrawal options with a minimum and a maximum next to each one, and the list changes with the country you pick. The table below is the Canadian dollar view, which is the version we saw. The New Zealand view starts cards at $25 and Bitcoin at $60, the euro view starts cards at EUR 10 and Bitcoin at EUR 30, and the Irish view returns "No payments found".

Three of those rows warrant a second look. The weekday desk means that a withdrawal requested on a Friday evening won't be looked at until Monday, and the three business days begin then. The monthly minimum means an account that has not placed at least $30 worth of bets in the month of the request can be denied a payout on that ground alone. And the commission rule means that a deposit you change your mind about costs 10% to take back out, or 15% if it came from a card or a bank. Against all that stands clause 6.17, which states that customer funds are kept in separate client accounts. It reads well, but there is no name behind the promise.
What you can play at Wintino
The lobby deserves special mention and is the reason this review is not a one-line warning. The providers page lists 112 studios, each with a game count, and the counts add up to 11,261 games. Spinomenal has 818 of them, Foxi 539, Yggdrasil 514, Play'n GO 435, Amusnet 389, and CT Interactive, Tada Gaming and BGaming more than 250 each. The home page offers 652 of the top games for Canada, as well as 1,071 new games. The live casino has a top rail of 130 tables, 122 roulette tables, game shows, blackjack, baccarat and poker, and a Gold Saloon with four branded tables of its own. The sports section has a complete package including live betting, virtual sports and horse racing.
There are two things worth mentioning in a good way. Every tile has a Demo button, and it works without an account, while many sites make you register to test games. The provider filter lets you browse games by studio, which is where the counts come from. There are a couple of things that aren't good. Some of the larger live game studios are not in the provider filter, so it is not clear who is running the tables. And the single counter on the slots page that showed the total, 8,354 in August, is gone; the page shows rails only, so in order to get the total you need to add up the providers page.
Player protections and complaints
You can't set a limit on your own account at Wintino. The responsible gaming page has a questionnaire, gives some advice and links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. That's about it. There are no deposit limits, no loss limits, no session reminders and no cooling-off periods. The only tool available is self-exclusion, and to use it you must email support@wintino.com, after which your account is closed "as soon as practicable". They also say it is your responsibility not to open a new account, and the casino is not responsible for losses if they fail to catch you making one.
A complaint starts with an email to support. If that doesn't settle it, you email a written complaint to a separate complaints address, with your username, your registered name and the dates of the incident, and an internal Complaints Resolution Committee answers within 10 days. Countries where Wintino is not available
Clause 2.3 of the terms lists 40 excluded places. The United Kingdom, the United States, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Malta, Curacao, Cyprus, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Israel, Russia and Ukraine are on the list. The October version added Panama, Haiti, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Venezuela and a few others. Canada is accepted, which is why the site opens in a Canadian version with Interac in the cashier. Clause 7.5 adds six countries whose residents can't take any promotion: Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia. Clause 15.2 then removes NetEnt games for players in Australia, Canada, Latvia, Italy, Switzerland and a bunch of other countries.
The payments page tells its own story. Ireland is on its country list, but selecting Ireland returns "No payments found". Therefore, a player from Ireland can register and play there, but has no listed way to deposit. The list changes country by country for everyone else too, so setting yours on the payments page before you sign up is worthwhile.
Who Wintino suits, and who should pass
Wintino is ideal for the player who likes one big lobby, and prefers to have a sportsbook and racing all on the same login. It's also good for the player who prefers to try games for free first, and who deposits and withdraws small amounts using crypto or Interac. For that player, the printed cashier ranges and the withdrawal ladder are useful, and the Level 1 caps of $750 a day and $10,500 a month will be of little issue.
It is a poor fit if a name matters to you, and frankly it should. There is no company you can look up, no regulator you can write to, and no court named anywhere in the terms. It is also a poor fit for anyone hoping the welcome bonus will be worth the trouble: 35x on deposit plus bonus inside 10 days, with a $150 max bet and a 10x cap on what you can keep, is a long road for a small return. And it is a poor fit for a player who likes to keep a balance sitting on the site. The weekday-only desk, the monthly wagering rule, the 10% commission and the 180-day fee all work against money that stays still for any length of time.

Wintino compared with other casinos we reviewed
Wintino scores 3.9, tied with LolaJack and CoinCasino near the bottom of our ranking, and they reach that score by different means. CoinCasino names an operator and loses points on a seal that validates as INVALID. LolaJack says nothing and runs a smaller lobby. Wintino says nothing and runs the largest countable lobby of any casino in the bottom half of the table. Its siblings at this level are Golisimo at 3.7 and Lanista at 4.0, which run the same terms document under different names, with Lanista a tenth ahead only because its domain dates put a year on its launch. Lussurio at 4.3 is the next casino up. What separates the top of the table is what Wintino withholds: WinSpin at 7.1 and Beazt at 8.7 post cashier detail and bonus maths of the same kind, however they are part of named companies with licences that are verifiable. On our crypto casinos page Wintino is ninth of 14 cashiers, and on the casino bonuses page its offer is sixteenth of 21.
Final verdict on Wintino
Wintino is the most complete casino I have reviewed in the lower half of this table, and the most complete blank. More than 11,000 games, a cashier with a range on every tile, a withdrawal ladder in the terms, demo play that works, and a definitions clause that loops back to itself. I went through each page in October to see if a name or a licence had appeared. The terms had a new version number, and the list of excluded countries had grown. The owner was still "the company operating the Website". I have seen casinos fail the licence check loudly, with seals that come back INVALID. Wintino fails it quietly, and the quiet bothers me more, because every reassuring sentence in the document, the separate client accounts, the 10-day complaints answer, is unsigned. The lobby is worth a look, and the structure that supports it deserves the score. Until a legal name and a licence are included on the page, 3.9 is where it stays.
