Lussurio scores better than most in the lower half on the first two of these: the site footer contains the Curacao Gaming Control Board, and has printed a licence OGL/2024/758/0228 with the logo of the regulator next to it.
Then the third question fails. The certificate link in the site footer takes you to the Curacao Gaming Authority's registry and comes back with "Not Found. The site you are looking for cannot be found in our registry, or has the wrong identification values". Having a published number whose verification path dead-ends earns barely more than having no number at all: the claim is there, the proof isn't.

Bonuses at this casino have a wagering requirement of x60 the deposit and bonus amount - our roster's record - credited in LSU (Lussurio's proprietary bonus currency), which can only be wagered on the site's slot games. Each bonus has a maximum cashout. The policy itself has an example showing a player who won 800 LSU and was able to keep only 150. Looking at Lussurio compared to the other sites on this list, disclosures are above average. Goodwin N.V. (Reg. 151353) is located in Willemstad, Curacao, and the footer prints a full licence number - OGL/2024/758/0228 - from the Curacao Gaming Control Board. The responsible gaming page even names the payment agent, Luckyluck Limited, from Limassol, Cyprus. Compared with the operators further down on our list, this is a real identity.
The final link in the proof chain breaks. The certificate URL in Lussurio's own footer opens Curacao's Gaming Authority Registry and gives a "Not Found" response, which is the same dead end we had at SpinEmpire this week, involving a different operator and a different licence number. Further, the site's Dispute Resolution Policy, which should direct a player to the regulator, directs the player to the former licensing regime of Curacao. A named company holding an unverifiable number, with complaints directed to a regulator that issues no such licence, is the paper trail in this one sentence.

The advertised bonus is a 550% up to 5,542$ bonus with 400 free spins. Everything that follows is governed by a bonus policy, and it should be read in its entirety:
- x60, on deposit plus bonus. Each welcome bonus must be wagered "sixty times (x60) the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount". A 100$ deposit with a 550$ bonus means 39,000$ in bets. It is the heaviest requirement we have measured on any casino on this ranking.
- The LSU currency. Bonuses are credited in LSU, Lussurio's house currency, playable only on the site's own selection of slot games.
