This check asks which regulator, if a number exists, and if it checks out. Bombastic does more legwork than most of its peers: the footer mentions the Anjouan authority, and their responsible gambling page displays an actual licence number - ALSI-202511022-FI1, granted by the Government of Anjouan. Publishing a licence number is correct and earns it more points than some of the other licences we have assessed.
Then the seal takes it away. The badge in Bombastic's own footer links to the Anjouan validator, and on the day of this review that validator answered "Operating status: INVALID", with the statement that the site is not licensed. The same checker returns a green VALID card for other casinos on our table, so the system itself works. A licence number the regulator's tool refuses to honour is a claim, and a contradicted claim: two points.

We look for the operating company, registration number, and the records for that company. All footers for Bombastic provide the operator's name as "3-102-941536 Limitada", a Costa Rican company whose legal name is its own registration number, at a listed San Jose office address. The BetMax Connect Ltd subsidiary, described in the terms as handling "some credit card payment processing", is an interesting choice for a site that says on its home page that the site uses crypto and no card payments ever.
Like the other numbered shell on our list, the disclosure shows a jurisdiction and registry entry, but that is all. There are no personnel, no history, and no group supporting it. We give it a score of four for this kind of transparency but without substance.

Bombastic is a rare casino that dates itself and that is the problem. The home page calls it "The Official Crypto Hub Since 2022." The licence number printed on the responsible gambling page carries a 2025 date stamp in its own digits. The welcome offer's page is still 2025, the KYC policy is dated October 2025, and the terms were last revised in July 2026. There are no references to 2022 on the site, even in the (missing) About page or Archives.
A site without a founding claim is scored on indirect signals. A site with a founding claim contradicted by its own documents is scored at two points: a visibly live operation wearing a birthday that does not check out.

I'll give credit where it's due; this is the most completely priced offer in the bottom half of our table. The offer page itself sets out the 40x wagering requirement, the 7 day bet period, the $5 maximum bet, per-coin bonus caps, per-coin qualifying minimums, the spin schedule and the weighting table. Everything is out in the open, contrary to our recent reviews chasing unpublished multipliers. Having a printed price is appreciated.
The offer is on the steep side of the pricing spectrum. The 40x wagering requirement in 7 days is a sprint. A 0.1 BTC bonus would require 4 BTC of slot turnover in a week at a bet of $5. Only slots count. Everything else contributes 0%; game shows, live betting, poker, video poker, the crash-and-dice games, and table games. Your 250 free spins drip at a rate of 50 per day. Each day's batch expires after 24 hours. If you cancel your batch, all subsequent batches will expire as well. A withdrawal request while the bonus is active is automatically declined until support forfeits the bonus for you. Fully published, tightly wound: five.

The cashier boasts an extensive amount of documentation, and is crypto-exclusive. The homepage shows required minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts for each of the 12 supported coins, states there is no maximum withdrawable or deposit amount, no transaction fees, and states transactions will be completed in 24 hours. Along with cashier setup, there is an onramp which allows players to purchase crypto with their card with the third party's commission shown before confirming the purchase. Compared with the competition, this crypto cashier publishes more.
The terms and conditions state provisions the homepage does not. Every deposit amount must be rolled at least 1x before it can be withdrawn. That rises to 3x if the deposit is placed on the sportsbook or the live tables, and to 10x on the dice games, bonus or no bonus. Clause 9.10 says withdrawals "may take a considerable amount of time", which is the opposite of the marketing claim of "instant" withdrawals. The right to impose withdrawal limits is reserved and a EUR 5 monthly fee will begin to draw down balances that have remained idle for 12 months, as well as a lock function to prevent withdrawals for 48 hours following a password update. A well-documented cashier wrapped in contradicting fine print: six.

On paper this looks like a real toolkit.
The complaints section cancels out what was done positively before. Complaints are sent through an internal complaint form. The terms then state plainly that the Anjouan authority "will not resolve or make decisions on any Player Complaints", before referring serious matters to "CGA", initials that do not correlate with any Anjouan authority and seem to have been filled into a template with another jurisdiction's regulator. The domain seal states INVALID, no external door exists at all, which means a dispute starts internally and finishes internally. Four.

The paperwork: a licence number the seal denies
Bombastic's footer actually names several things its price band rarely does. Operator is "3-102-941536 Limitada" of Costa Rica, a shell whose legal name is its own registration number, the second shell on our list - at a listed San Jose address and with Anjouan as the regulator. Additionally, responsible gambling goes one step further by publishing the licence itself: No. ALSI-202511022-FI1, granted by the Government of Anjouan. Bombastic beats most of its neighbours by the sheer volume of documents.
Volume is not verification. The seal in the footer is directed to the Anjouan checker - the regulator's check tool, which on this roster returns green VALID cards for Thrill and WinSpin, and for bombastic.com it returned "Operating status: INVALID", with the statement that the site is not licensed, on the date of this review. The terms add additional complexity: clause 21.11 indicates that the Anjouan regulator will not consider player complaints, and then says that serious matters can be directed to "CGA", which are clearly initials that belong to no Anjouan body, and match a regulator on a different Island. A licensing number, a seal, and complaints that each point to different places is not a licensing story, it is three of them, none of which are verified.
The welcome offer: fully priced, tightly wound
Bombastic is a breath of fresh air after weeks of reviewing casinos that advertise headline matches and hide the multiplier. What makes Bombastic unique is the transparency involved with the welcome offer. The offer's own page states that the match is 100% of the first deposit, capped per coin, with the qualifying minimums stated beside the caps:

Bombastic payment methods: twelve coins, printed minimums
The cashier at this crypto casino has no fiat balance and consequently does not take cash in the traditional sense. While card buttons are provided, they go to a third-party onramp that sells crypto with its commission shown before you confirm. Currently, 12 coins are supported, and the front page publishes the minimum for each in both directions.

The table's claims are quite liberal: no maximum on deposits or withdrawals, no fees either way, and every transaction processed within 24 hours. The terms then take several of those claims back. Clause 9.2 attaches wagering to plain deposits, bonus or no bonus: 1x before anything can leave, 3x if the money is bet on the sportsbook or the live tables, and 10x on the dice games, so money is never simply parked and withdrawn. Clause 9.7 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits after all. Clause 9.10 allows "a considerable amount of time" for processing. A password change freezes withdrawals for 48 hours, and after a year of inactivity a EUR 5 monthly fee starts eating the balance, consuming it entirely once it drops below EUR 5. Full KYC, up to source-of-funds documents, is compulsory before any withdrawal.
What you can play at Bombastic
The floor is broad, and real. There is a slots lobby from game developers such as Pragmatic Play and BGaming, as well as multiple tables, and game shows, all supported by an extensive sportsbook and a live bet feed. Here is a feature we have not seen anywhere else on this roster: a daily loot box that actually prints its full odds table. Whatever you think of a daily gacha as a retention hook, the odds are on the page. Printing the odds is exactly the kind of checkable claim this scorecard rewards, and it is why the games score leads this review.
Player protections and complaints
This section includes the most recently updated and dated version of the responsible gaming policy, which includes cooling off periods from 24 hours to 6 months, and self-exclusion from one day to lifetime, taking immediate effect and switching off all marketing communication for the duration of the self-exclusion. There is a fully developed RG officer position and self-assessment tools. There are also specific rules regarding underage players including closure of all accounts, return of all deposits, and forfeiture of all winnings.
The dispute chapter provides the smoking gun. Dissatisfied customers fill out an internal form that is accessible from the account or support, and clause 21.11 states that the Anjouan authority "will not resolve or make decisions on any Player Complaints" - the regulator, in the site's own words, is not a court of appeal. The same clause refers to "CGA" for reports of malpractice, initials that refer to no Anjouan institution. Since the site's own stamp verifies INVALID, the theoretical regulator behind the licence number currently disowns the site in its entirety. The tools are real; the recourse is not. Four points, most of them for the self-exclusion machine.
Who Bombastic suits, and who should pass
The defendable case is a crypto player who wants the big room without taking the bonus. On those terms, the cashier is admirably clear - minimums printed for all 12 coins, no opaque fee schedule to decode, a 1x playthrough for cash deposits - and the lootbox, rakeback and Originals are ancillary offerings whose odds and mechanics are more clearly described than anything comparable in this segment. Sports bettors should be aware that they must wager their deposits a total of three times before withdrawing.
The validator behind the site's own badge denies the licence number on the page, so if official seals matter to you, pass on this one. Plus, the complaints clause shows that all disputes will be resolved internally. Pass on this welcome bonus unless a week of slots-only play at $5 a bet is genuinely your plan (the price is clearly stated, and the print states 40x in seven days). Consider the founding claim; a site that states 2022 while its licence number states 2025 is asking for trust it has not documented.

Bombastic against the other new casinos
At 4.3, both Bombastic and Lussurio rest at the bottom of our rankings. The comparison of these two is useful as they fail in opposite ways. Lussurio hides its wagering behind referral-link variants and a dead licence certificate; Bombastic prints every number on the offer page and loses its points on the seal instead. That seal places it in the least desirable club on the roster: the Anjouan validator that extends VALID cards to Thrill (6.1) and WinSpin (7.1) answers INVALID for Bombastic, just as it does for Oxibet (3.6), and just as a different regulator's checker does for CoinCasino (3.9), the other casino here whose operator's legal name is its own registration number. Of all the crypto site launches, the most comparable site is WinSpin. Both place their cashier floors and their bonus terms. Only one of them verifies. The distance between 7.1 and 4.3 is, almost exactly, the seal.
Final verdict on Bombastic
Bombastic frustrates me more than the casinos beneath it, because half of this site is what I keep asking this market to do. Print the wagering on the offer page: done. Print the cashier minimums for every coin done. Print lootbox odds to three decimal places, add a demo mode, add a page for provably fair on in-house games: done, done, done. Then I click the seal at the bottom and the regulator's own validator tells me the licence number two pages away is not honoured. The home page informs me the hub has been running since 2022 while that same licence number carries 2025 in its digits, the complaints clause informs me the regulator will not hear disputes and offers initials from the wrong island, and the deposit rules inform me that even bonus-free money owes turnover before it leaves. Transparency for the product and opacity for the regulation - and this scorecard weighs the latter heavier, because odds tables do not assist you the day your withdrawal is held. When the seal turns green, Bombastic rescores well. Today it is a 4.3.
