For this check we are rating which regulator they named, whether a number has been published, and whether it holds up. The text in Oxibet's terms states the site is "licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and operates under License" and ends that statement. There is no licence number on the site.
The regulator's seal is in the footer, and it links to the Anjouan validator for oxibet.com. On the day I checked this site, the validator returned a red shield with the statement, "Operating status: INVALID", stating the site is not licensed under the relevant act. Two other casinos in our selection also use this seal and validate with a green shield. So clearly stating that they have a licence on a page that contradicts that claim earns a 2.

At the very least, we look up the operating company, its registration number, and track record. Oxibet's terms, footers, and policies do not name any legal entity, be it a company, registration number, address, or corporate domicile. The brand name "Oxibet" is the counterparty to the entire player agreement.
The support address also does not point to the Oxibet site, using a different domain extension altogether. Without an entity to check against any registry, this check bottoms out. Whoever operates Oxibet has chosen to stay unnamed and the failed licence seal removes the only indirect identity source that may have helped.

There is nothing on Oxibet that dates Oxibet. There is no about page, no founding year, and no launch announcements; there are also no licence records with dates - and the validator that would carry a licensed date instead answers INVALID. Directory listings place the launch in 2026, but that is hearsay, and this scorecard does not credit that.
The four points reflect the indirect signals a visitor can still see: an active promotional calendar, a live winners ticker and current tournaments show a site in active operation, without evidencing when that operation began.

Credit first: In full disclosure of its bonus T and Cs, Oxibet publishes worked examples of its maths. Free spin winnings have a play requirement of 35x and bonuses a play requirement of 40x. The maximum bet is $10 and the completion window is 14 days, which is two to seven times what its rivals allow. Contribution towards the play requirement differs according to the game, among which slots have a 100% contribution, crash games a 50% contribution towards the requirement, roulette and live casino games a 0% contribution, and table games a 5% contribution. Oxibet has a dedicated section under the games lobby where players can see the list of games under a particular category that can be used for the fulfilment of the play requirement.
Then the cage door closes. During the course of fulfilling the play requirement, all winnings are locked in the bonus balance, real money is staked first, and any winnings from the bonus are capped at 10x the bonus amount. The cap remains even after fulfilment of the play requirement. Perhaps the most unfair of terms is that a withdrawal request will forfeit the bonus balance and the terms state that the bonus will not be restored "even if the payout request was cancelled by our finance department". The casino's own cancellation will still cost you the bonus. Full transparency about hard terms brings exactly the middle of the bottom half.

That last clause is the gentlest dormancy handling in this site's peer group.
What's missing or problematic: Not one payment brand is listed on the public pages. The marketing mentions crypto, the cashier remains hidden behind the registration form, and there is no fee schedule. The monthly withdrawal limit is set at $10,000. If the balance exceeds ten times the total deposit, then the limit drops to $5,000 per month. Verification may include a phone call, and no cash out request may be processed until verification is complete.

The extras listed are also available. Wheels of fortune, quests, referrals and a Telegram community are available. No title counters are published anywhere, and the "98% RTP" line on the Plinko page is the operator's own claim. An open, wide floor without verifiable numbers lands at six.

The homepage says they have tools to help set limits for deposits, wagers, and sessions, but that's not what the responsible gambling page has. The tools for this page are self-exclusion, which lasts for at least 6 months, if you contact support, and a 7 day cooling-off period. This page has no deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, reality checks, or any self-service tools.
A marketing page that has limit tools on it, when the product does not, is the type of contradiction this scorecard treats as worse than silence. The rest of the complaints take the same short path: contact support via email or live chat, with no dispute body and no regulator - the one they linked to having already said INVALID.

The paperwork: a claim its own seal contradicts
Oxibet's licence story is just one sentence: 'the site is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and operates under Licence'. Under licence what? The sentence never says. There is no number in the terms, none in the footer, and none on any policy page. On its own, that would make Oxibet another undocumented claimant of Anjouan, like several sites we have reviewed.
Things get even worse because Oxibet links its proof. The footer seal opens the Anjouan gaming board's validator for oxibet.com. The validator's response is a red shield and the text "Operating status: INVALID". There is accompanying statutory text that states the site is not licensed under the relevant act. We have used this validator three times on this list and it responded green for Bitguruz and green for Thrill. It is red here. There is also no game operator company to rely on either - there are no registration or address details, and the support email address itself uses a different domain extension to the casino.
The welcome package, clause by clause
The "500% up to $2,500 + 300 free spins" is the crypto track. This consists of 4 deposit bonuses, that only add up to the stated figure if all the stages are done with crypto. Fiat depositors are given a smaller parallel ladder.

The clauses that decide it
- 40x, published. All bonuses wager 40x the bonus amount; free-spin winnings wager 35x. The maximum bet with an active bonus is $10, bonus-buys and doubled bets included. The window is 14 days - genuinely the most generous completion window we have measured on this roster.
- The 10x cap that never leaves. Winnings from any bonus cap at 10x its value - the terms print the example: a $150 bonus can never produce more than $1,500 - and the restriction "persists after the completion of the wagering requirement".
- Sticky, with a twist. Winnings during wagering live in a locked bonus balance, and real money is always staked first. Submitting a withdrawal request forfeits the bonus balance - and the terms add that if the casino's own finance department cancels that withdrawal, the bonus "will not be added back". Their cancellation, your forfeit.
- Where you can wager it. Slots contribute 100%, crash games 50%, table games and video poker 5%, roulette and all live casino games zero. A dedicated lobby category lists the eligible games - a transparency touch most rivals skip.
- The rest of the calendar. Monday and Wednesday free-spin drops, a 60% Friday reload, a Saturday reload with spins, a $2,000 high-roller reload, weekly cashback up to 10%, a guaranteed 7% Monday live-casino cashback that wagers just 1x, VIP wheels and a sportsbook parlay boost.
Oxibet payment methods and withdrawal limits
No payment brands are named that a visitor can reach. The marketing calls Oxibet a crypto casino, the welcome package pays more for crypto deposits, and the terms mention multi-currency accounts and conversion calculators - but the actual methods list is behind the sign-up form, and no fee table is available. For a site whose entire pitch is fast crypto money, the cashier is unusually reticent to interact.
The numbers that are disclosed: withdrawals start at $50 per transaction and are processed within 24 hours plus method time. The monthly limit is $10,000 - unless your balance has grown to ten times your deposits, in which case the limit is $5,000 a month. Read this section twice: it indicates a specific cap for winners. Verification happens before any first cash-out and can be a call to your registered number. The one player-friendly policy is dormancy: notice at month 11, $5 a month from month 12, and the funds remain withdrawable.
What you can play at Oxibet
The best aspect of the site is the floor. Demo play is available without the need for an account. Other parts of the cataloging of the site that we've seen include categories for the top slots and the top live tables. The gap between the promise and the page is the same pattern as the licence: the marketing writes cheques the product does not cash. The only option for a complaint is to contact support via email or live chat. There is no formal committee, no designated dispute resolution body, and no regulatory body whatsoever. The seal that should provide the regulator answered INVALID, which leaves every dispute in the inbox of an unnamed operator.
Who Oxibet suits, and who should pass
This section is very difficult to write, because the things Oxibet does well - the open floor, the long bonus window, the published bonus maths, the 24-hour payout pledge - are all offered by better documented casinos too. For players who value long bonus wagering periods of 14 days, this casino offers the most patient bonus clock on our roster. Also, Oxibet offers a guaranteed 7% cashback on live casino losses, and it clears at 1x wagering. This is a very fair and attractive ongoing promotion.
Pretty much everyone should pass on this one. The reasons stack: operator with no name, licence with no number, a seal that validates INVALID, a win cap that follows you past wagering completion, a withdrawal cap which halves for winners, and a protections page which contradicts the home page. If the identity questions fail this completely, then the quality of the game floor does not matter.

Oxibet against the other new casinos
Oxibet obtains a rating of 3.6, which places it at the new lowest position in our rankings, just below the anonymous twins BigClash and MegaFishWins (3.7) - and herein is interesting. Those sites hide everything and claim little; Oxibet posts a licence and links a validator that denies it, which this rankings system penalises more than silence. This is even more the case with the other sites in Anjouan: Bitguruz (5.3) and Thrill (6.1) have the same seal and validate green, Thrill with an identified operator at the top. Against SpinEmpire (4.9), whose certificate does not resolve, Oxibet's INVALID is worse, which it shares with CoinCasino (3.9), whose Tobique seal states the same, and Bombastic (4.3), which also fails this Anjouan validator despite posting a licence number. What places it above the LolaJack range is the public bonus rulebook and an open game floor, and it is worth pointing out that the fully documented casinos at the top Beazt (8.7) and WinSpin (7.1) also have better bonus maths than the 40x here. Final verdict on Oxibet
I have written about casinos that conceal their licences. I have also written about casinos that have never possessed a licence. That being said, something new can be said about Oxibet. Oxibet has linked proof to its problem. One click from their footer, the validator from the regulating body places a red shield with the word INVALID for the domain I was browsing. Everything else on the site (and there is a great deal of craft in the floor, the categories, and the 14-day bonus window), has to be read in that light. An unnamed operator with a denied licence claim is asking for deposits on trust it has not earned, and will not show its identity. The 3.6 is the maths of good games attached to failed paperwork. If the seal ever transforms to a green color and a company name is placed in the footer, this review will be rewritten. However, until then, the casinos in the adjacent table row are the safer alternatives to what Oxibet offers.
