Bitguruz publishes a full statement in the footer of its web pages: "Anjouan license No. ALSI-202505027-FI2, held by Guruz Group Ltd." Better still, the published footer includes a seal that when clicked opens the validation page of the Anjouan regulator, which confirms company, domain, and an operating status of VALID. Among the Anjouan-licensed websites that we have reviewed to date, this is the first whose paperwork verifies live.
Points have been deducted for the regime itself, which is considered one of the lightest in the industry. Points also come off for a detail the validator uncovered: it lists a different company address than the site's footer. Same city, different street address.

What holds this score back: the history of the company and other related brands we could find is virtually non-existent. The registration is in a jurisdiction that discloses very little. The address in the footer is different to the address at the validator. Named but shallow is better than anonymous, and that is what a score of 5 represents.

Bitguruz does not elaborate on a launch date. What it has published is a licence number, and Anjouan's numbering system has a year and month stamp. With ALSI-202505027, we read this as the May 2025 edition. We have seen this pattern corroborated elsewhere, with a licence numbered 202509 stating a September 2025 edition. This places Bitguruz's documentation at approximately 15 months old.
This scores a 6 rather than higher, since it is inferred from a numbering pattern as opposed to a stated, verifiable date. The copyright line states 2026 and nothing on the site claims a longer history, so the reading remains valid. A casino that printed its licence issuance date would score better.

One observation cost half this score's goodwill: the home page's "Latest Big Wins" table showed every winner stamped at the same minute when we loaded it. The dispute route is weaker. Complaints are directed to support, and then the terms give you a 7 calendar day time frame that starts from the transaction date. This is one of the shortest time frames we have encountered. There is some divergence in the path of escalation. A third party casino portal's complaints service is one option and the other is the right to engage the Gaming Board of Anjouan to investigate disputes over 500 units. It is good to know that another Anjouan licensed site says the regulator will not intervene in individual disputes. Both can't be right.

The home page outlines Bitguruz's three selling points. Two of these selling points are: "Fast withdrawals - Withdraw without checks and waiting" and "Anonymity - No KYC even for large withdrawals". This is the pitch. Now for the terms and conditions.
The site's own KYC Policy states a three-tier customer due diligence system, from simplified checks through standard verification to enhanced screening for large transactions. The document's list from the due diligence process includes passport, utility bill and bank card photos, as well as full source-of-funds evidence, such as salaries, taxes, and investments. The KYC desk reviews the documents in up to 5 working days (except during weekends and public holidays). Until approval, an account holds the status of "Temporarily Approved", which means withdrawals are limited, and deposits and withdrawals are completely blocked should checks fail.
The description in this policy also is referenced in the terms and conditions. It also gives the Site the right to require a photo of ID, a selfie, or even a verification call before a withdrawal. Where a banner and a contract disagree, the contract is the one that binds. So treat Bitguruz as a casino that can run full KYC and will, because that is what you sign up to, whatever the front page says.
What the licence seal actually proves
Credit where it is due: the footer seal is authentic. When the seal is clicked, it takes the player to the regulator's validation page. The validation page states that Guruz Group Ltd. has a registered site of bitguruz.com and shows an operating status of VALID. Of all the sites launched under an Anjouan licence, this is the first that we've been able to verify the seal of and that is deserving of points.
On age, the site publishes no launch date, however, a regulator date stamp on the licence number is ALSI-202505, which indicates May 2025. The validator does not have an issue date, but we believe it to be a correct inference rather than a fact. Another detail in the validation is that the company is listed at a different address to the one in the site's footer. Neither contains any details for a player to verify.
The welcome package, clause by clause
The bonuses page states: 300% + 300 free spins on your first three deposits, minimum deposit $30, wager x60. The bonus policy breaks this into three identical tiers.

Why x60 and 30x are the same number
The banner states wager x60. The policy states wager 30x the deposit plus the bonus. At a 100% match of deposit and bonus, these are identical. A $100 deposit and a $100 bonus would mean a $6,000 wagering obligation, which is the same either way. We are not concerned with the validity of the amounts, but rather the requirement itself. It can easily be presented as a low or high requirement depending on the base and Bitguruz clearly has a different focus in the banner versus the contract.
The BGZ cage
- Your bonus is not dollars. All bonus funds are issued in BGZ, the site's own bonus currency pegged one-to-one to USDT, held in a separate bonus account.
- BGZ plays a restricted floor. Slots, plus exactly six Evolution live shows. No sports betting, no other tables.
- Caps at conversion. Bonuses carry a maximum cashout; the policy's own worked example shows a 30 BGZ bonus capped at 150 BGZ, with everything above the cap deducted automatically when you convert.
- Any withdrawal wipes it. Withdraw anything, in any currency, and your entire BGZ balance is forfeited. The policy gives the example itself: withdraw $50, lose all 100 BGZ sitting next to it.
- A 24-hour default clock. Unless a promotion states otherwise, a bonus is valid for 24 hours from receipt, and expiry voids the bonus with its winnings.
- Your numbers may differ. The policy states the precise match, caps and wagering are set by the referral link or promo code you arrived through. Read the terms attached to your own offer, not just the banner.
- The floor of it all: $5 max bet with any bonus active, bonus-buy purchases included, and real money is always spent first.
The 20% cashback, decoded
The cashback page offers 20% and includes the following quote, "so you never really lose." The mechanic actually consists of two, separate 10% portions: a daily 10% cashback on losses from yesterday deposits, credited automatically and expiring in 24 hours, and a weekly 10% you can only obtain by clicking a link the casino posts in its Telegram channel on Fridays. Both cash backs must be wagered 3 times, and both are capped with a $5 bet limit per bet, and live casino games and Baccarat are both excluded. All cash backs will be capped at 10% of your total net deposits. It is definitely a nice touch. However, it definitely isn't the reason you never lose.
Bitguruz payment methods and withdrawal times
There is no payments page, and no method list published anywhere on the open site. The terms mention credit and debit cards processed by third parties, "crypto-wallets" and USDT, and everything else requires you to register. For a site whose entire identity is fast, crypto cash, keeping the cashier hidden is a strange economy.
The published money rules are, in contrast, some of the friendliest we have logged.

Player protections and complaints
Overall, Bitguruz offers more than most crypto casinos, however everything depends on clauses you should read before you deposit.
- Responsible gambling, claimed. The policy says deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion exist, and the page explains house edge with unusual honesty. We could not see the tools from outside an account, so they stand as claims.
- Seven days to complain. The dispute policy requires claims to be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Miss that and the terms treat the matter as closed. It is the shortest window on our roster.
- A forked escalation path. The complaints page points to a third-party casino portal's complaints service. The dispute policy separately states that disputes over 500 units go to the Gaming Board of Anjouan, whose ruling is final. Another Anjouan-licensed site we reviewed, WinSpin, states in its own policy that the regulator does not handle individual disputes. Both claims cannot be true, and a player has no way to test them in advance.
- Verification on their schedule. The KYC desk works weekday office hours with holiday closures, reviews take up to 5 days, and all deadline extensions roll over weekends. Plan withdrawals accordingly, whatever the 24-hour pledge says.
Who Bitguruz suits, and who should pass
Bitguruz is better than some other crypto casinos as long as you skip every bonus. They offer much faster cash outs than most crypto casinos, have a $25 minimum to cash out, no dormancy fees, and let players cash out way more than the normal casino limit per month. They also offer a licence that is approved by the gaming authority, which puts them above a lot of anonymous casinos. Skipping the bonuses also sidesteps the whole BGZ apparatus.
Pass if you signed on for anonymity, because the policies you accept at signup do the exact opposite, authorising full KYC with source of funds checks. Pass if you want the cashier in writing before registering, because no page shows it. Bitguruz against the other new casinos

Final verdict on Bitguruz
Bitguruz has two casinos under one domain. The one included in the Terms is actually quite good: a licence seal that verifies at the regulator, withdrawals promised in 24 hours with caps that don't punish the winner, and no dormancy fee. The one on the home page promises no checks and no KYC, and that casino does not exist, because the policies you agree to at registration authorise every check in the book. The 5.3 splits the difference and my advice does not: if you play here, play with cash, keep the bonuses and their BGZ maze at arm's length, and never deposit on the strength of an anonymity promise the contract itself takes back.
