OnlyWin strengths and weaknesses
What holds up
- The licence certificate verifies live at the regulator's own site, with a grant date and Active status
- The operator is fully named: company, registration number, address, even the payment agent
- Governing law and courts are stated - a first among the unlicensed sites we have been reviewing
- Real self-serve protection tools: take-a-break, session reality checks, 2FA
- Maximum withdrawal limits are published in full tables, per currency and loyalty level
- Provider names print on the game tiles, and the site claims 10,000+ titles
- An on-site launch claim ("we launched in 2026") that fits the licence date
What drags
- 45x wagering on every welcome bonus, cleared within 5 days at a $7 max bet
- The "daily cashback" is 5% of your deposits at 30x wagering - a deposit bonus in costume
- Banners say "We are VPN friendly" while the terms list VPN use as grounds for fraud measures
- The banner's package total disagrees with its own promo pages' sum
- No payment brand is named anywhere public - categories only
- 3x deposit playthrough before any withdrawal, or up to 10% commission
- Miss the 30-day document deadline after a withdrawal request and winnings are confiscated
OnlyWin launch scorecard
Seven checks, scored from the pages OnlyWin publishes; the overall 6.0 is their average. Clicking any check will show why it earned its score, and the methodology page explains what each one looks for.
Licence8 / 10
This check sees whether the regulator is named, whether the number is published, and whether it is legitimate. OnlyWin passes this check better than almost every other site we have reviewed since Beazt. The footer provides the name of the regulator, which is the Curacao Gaming Control Board, and a licence OGL/2024/589/0556, where the seal takes you to the Certificate of Operation on the regulator's page. This clearly shows the name of the operator as well as the company and licence number with a date of 14 April 2025 and a status that is Active.
That is exactly how licence proof should work: a claim on the casino's page, verified on the regulator's page, with a date attached. We are taking away two points because a Curacao licence is considered minimal oversight, and because the terms never mention the regulator in their complaints process.
Company7 / 10
We look for the operating company, its registration number, and any track record. Of the companies we looked at, the most detailed disclosure is provided by OnlyWin in its footer. GBL Solutions N.V. is registered in Curacao with number 155090, and has a street address, and payment agent, a named Cyprus subsidiary which also has a registration number and address. This company is disclosed on all pages.
There is no information regarding the track record. This company owns and operates specifically this brand. The licence is its first paper trail, and there are no sister sites to provide context. Disclosed and young: seven.
Launch evidence7 / 10
The about page states it plainly: "We launched in 2026." We have an on-site claim without supporting documentation; however, it does have something we rarely see here: a regulator-established date. The licence is dated 14 April 2025, a year prior to the claimed operation date. This is the correct chronology for any operation.
There is no published launch date, and the terms are unstamped, which keeps this at 7. An on-site claim along with a regulator date is substantially more than we have for the anonymous half of our roster.
Bonus terms3 / 10
The offer on face value is generous but the terms are brutal. Every one of the four deposits has a 45x wagering requirement on the bonus, the highest on our list. Taking the full first bonus would mean having to make $54,000 in bets. The offer has a time limit of five days, the shortest we have scored, following a 48 hour activation period. The max bet is $7, the release is capped at 10x your deposit, and free-spin winnings are capped at $160.
As for the labels, the "daily cashback" is calculated on your deposits, win or lose, and has 30x wagering and a $700 cap. It is also only valid for one day. The marketing does not seem to form a cohesive agreement on itself, as the banner puts a numerical value on the entire package whereas the four promo pages sum to another, $600 apart. Points do survive for printing every term in full on every offer page.
Payments5 / 10
Points for publishing what most rivals seem to try to hide: full maximum withdrawal tables per currency and loyalty level (from $800 a day and $16,000 a month at the base tier), minimum withdrawal tables by method category, a three-request maximum, and stated verification windows. That is real, checkable structure.
Points are lost for what is missing and what is buried. No payment brand is named anywhere public: no cashier page, FAQ stubs, just "bank transfers, crypto, and others". The terms demand you bet three times your deposit before withdrawing, on pain of a commission of up to 10%, and a processing fee is reserved without a number. And if your documents arrive more than 30 days after a withdrawal request, the winnings are confiscated and the account is closed.
Games6 / 10
The site claims a library of over 10,000 titles with providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw and Play'n GO and the tiles themselves print the name of the providers, which we always credit. The category row is broad: slots, bonus-buy, crash, megaways, jackpots, and fruit and book themed slots and even table games and a live casino section.
We could not confirm the number of games: the game grids appear as placeholders unless you click on them, so the 10,000+ games is the site's own number. Despite the sister industry, there is no sportsbook or even racing. A gamification layer of Tournaments, Races, Achievements, and even a Shop encompasses the entire platform. Six.
Player protections6 / 10
The best protections page in the lower half of the roster, and it is not even close. Take-a-break locks of 1 day, 3 days or a week are offered where players can set and self-serve with automatic unlock. Session reality checks can be set to 60, 90 or 180 minutes. Two-factor authentication is offered. Email initiated self-exclusion is offered with an indefinite period of time. There are links to five blocking tools and four help organisations as well as a recognised self-assessment quiz.
Next, the gaps. The section titled "Personal Limits Settings" lacks money limits and contains no deposits cap, no losses cap, and no wager cap. For a casino running 45x bonuses, that is the tool that matters most. And if things go wrong, the terms provide only one solution, which is the support email. No ADR body is referred to. The real saving grace in this situation is the Curacao law and Curacao courts as well as having a licence and an active certificate. This means there is at least a regulator over this casino.
Every score is tied to something you can open and read yourself: the terms, the bonus terms, the promotion pages, the responsible gambling page and the regulator's certificate.

The paperwork: a licence you can actually verify
After several casinos with terms that name no one, OnlyWin's footer resembles a different industry altogether. The operator is GBL Solutions N.V., registered in Curacao at number 155090 with a stated street address. Even the payment agent is disclosed: a Cyprus subsidiary with its own registration number. The terms state the name of their governing law (Curacao) and their courts. The about page states the launch year, 2026.
Best of all, the licence claim ties everything together. The footer seal links to a Certificate of Operation that is hosted on the regulator's domain. The certificate verifies everything the footer says: onlywin.com, GBL Solutions N.V., company 155090, licence OGL/2024/589/0556 under the Curacao Gambling Ordinance; granted on 14 April 2025, and Active. Anyone can click it and read it. On this roster, only Bitguruz's seal also validates live, and its certificate has no date, while OnlyWin's does.
A Curacao licence is a good starter, but it shouldn't be considered the pinnacle of licensed casinos, and there isn't any mention of the actual regulator within the complaints process. This is good, honest paperwork, and it is why OnlyWin begins at 8 and a 7, compared to the last three casinos we reviewed, which all started at a 2.
The welcome package, clause by clause
The package consists of four deposits, with a high-roller alternative for the first.
| Deposit | Offer | Min deposit |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to $1,200 + 100 spins | $30 ($50 for the spins) |
| 2nd | 125% up to $1,200 + 100 spins | $30 ($50 for the spins) |
| 3rd | 300 free spins | $30 |
| 4th | 150% up to $2,400 | $30 |
| 1st (high roller) | 125% up to $2,000 + 125 spins | $400 |
The cage, printed on every offer page
- 45x wagering, on everything. Cash bonuses and free-spin winnings alike wager 45x, the highest multiplier we have scored on any new casino. The full first bonus means $54,000 in bets.
- 5 days, after a 48-hour fuse. A credited bonus must be activated within 48 hours, and expires 5 days after activation with all winnings. That is the shortest wagering window on our roster - $54,000 in five days is $10,800 a day.
- $7 a spin. The max bet with an active bonus is $7, including bonus-buy features and bet doubling.
- The release caps at 10x your deposit. Not the bonus - the deposit. Free-spin winnings cap at $160 regardless.
- A withdrawal request clears the shelf. Requesting money out auto-deducts active bonuses, and a processed request kills any unused ones.
Cashback that is not cashback
The "Daily Cashback Bonus" awards 5% up to $75. Be sure to read the fine print. It is calculated based on deposits, not losses. Therefore, whether you win or lose, you get 5% back, which is simply a small deposit bonus dressed up as cashback. This bonus comes with a 30x wagering requirement, a 48-hour window to clear, a $700 maximum cashout, and the bonus expires if it is not claimed by the next evening. The weekly cashback bonus is the same at 15% and the weekend bonus is a plain 40% match back with 45x wagering. Only the VIP page mentions wager free cash back and is rewarded to players that the casino hand selects.
The banner and the terms disagree
Two apparent contradictions exist. The first contradiction is found on every rotating banner on the home page. Every banner is equipped with the line "We are VPN friendly" beneath their join button. The Terms and Conditions state that account measures are warranted for "steps to disguise or interfere in any way with the IP address... (such as using a Virtual Private Network 'VPN')." The home page offers exactly what the Terms and Conditions penalises. In the event of a conflict, the rulebook will bind. The second contradiction is the banner sells the offer as "375% up to C$4,200 + 500 Free Spins," while the four welcome pages linked to the offer total C$ 4,800. Two pages on the same website, substantially different offers separated by C$ 600.
OnlyWin payment methods and withdrawal limits
OnlyWin publishes more payout structure than almost anyone on the list, and less method information than everyone on it. On to the positive aspects, the terms publish full Maximum withdrawal tables and are segmented by currency and by loyalty level. At the lowest tier that is C$800 per transaction and per day, and C$16,000 per month, rising to C$1,300 and C$25,000 at the top of the 100-level ladder. Minimums are provided too: C$35 by bank transfer, C$80 by crypto, and C$30 by other methods. Three withdrawal requests can be active simultaneously.
Now for the other half. Nothing publicly names a payment brand. There is no payments page, and the help center's deposit and withdrawal sections are stubs. The terms say only about "bank transfers", "crypto methods" and "other payment methods". Prospective players do not know if their card, wallet or coin works unless they sign up. The site's install-app banners and cashier are behind an account wall.
The conditions under the tables
- 3x before you leave. You must place bets totalling three times your deposits before any withdrawal. Below that, the casino may withhold up to 10% of the withdrawal as commission, or refuse and send you back to finish.
- Verify fast or lose it. Verification starts at the first withdrawal request; the desk quotes up to 3 business days on weekday hours. But documents must arrive within 30 days of the request, or winnings are confiscated and the account is permanently closed.
- Fees left open. A withdrawal processing fee is reserved without an amount, dormant accounts pay EUR 5 a month after a year, and a payment method left unconfirmed for 90 days lets the casino write off remaining funds.
- One strange interaction. Activating the take-a-break tool cancels any pending withdrawal requests and returns the money to your balance - pause your account and your payout comes back to be gambled later.
What you can play at OnlyWin
The floor claims to have over 10,000 games with Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw and Play'n GO the most well represented, and the tiles name their providers. The category row of games is from slots, bonus buy, megaways to crash games, jackpots, book and Egypt themes and table games to a live casino. We could not estimate any of it: the grids are lazy loaded to placeholders until the user interacts, so the counts remain the site's claims, and we could not find an open demo mode to let the user verify the counts.
Around the games is the retention machinery with daily tournaments and races, an achievements board, a coin shop where 1 coin costs $1,500 in wagers, and a daily "bonus map" calendar where every reward is tied to that day's deposit, with minimums quoted, oddly, in a different currency than the rest of the site. The loyalty ladder's five tiers are named after a subscription plan of a dating app, which is indicative of the who this brand believes its target market is.
Player protections and complaints
Credit first, because it is due. OnlyWin provides real, self-serve protection tools that include account pauses which can be set for 1 day, 3 days, or 1 week, timers for session reality checks at 60, 90, or 180 minutes, two-factor authentication, and indefinite self-exclusion by email which bans new accounts for its duration. The page contains links to five blocking tools and four external help organisations and also provides a self-assessment that contains 20 questions. Most of the casinos in this market segment do not provide any of these tools.
Here are the gaps. The section "Personal Limits Settings" has no money limits: no deposit limit, no loss limit, no wager limit, none of the above. For a casino whose welcome offers require $10,800 a day of turnover, the tool that matters most is the one that is lacking. And when something goes wrong, the terms provide the only route: the support email. No ADR body is named. The saving grace is real: Curacao laws and courts are stated, and a licence with a live certificate means there is, at least, a regulator above this casino.
Who OnlyWin suits, and who should pass
This brand has a workable profile for cash players who ignore promotions. The paperwork is verified, the payout tables are published, the session tools are real, and skipping promotions avoids the 45x engine, the $7 cap and the 3x play-through commission in one move. Deposit only what you would bet three times over, and make certain to verify your documents the same day you request a payout, do not wait the 29 days.
Bonus hunters should read the cage twice and pass. 45x in 5 days at $7 a bet is arithmetic built to fail, and the release caps take the ceiling off whatever survives. Anyone drawn by "VPN friendly" should understand that the clause that governs their account says the opposite of the banner. And anyone who wants payout brands named before registering will not find them here; our ranking has sites that publish their cashier in full.
18+. New players only. Wagering and full bonus terms apply. Play responsibly.
OnlyWin against the other new casinos
6.0 puts OnlyWin just behind the 6.1 Thrill and Wild Chance and the podium slots of Beazt (8.7), WinSpin (7.1) and SpinSkull (6.9), and the gaps are also important. Wild Chance is the closest mirror on the table, with the same GBL Solutions licensing and certificate and the same 45x cage, and it edges ahead only because it publishes the withdrawal tables and method names that OnlyWin keeps behind the cashier. The family's third brand, SpinEmpire (4.9), comes behind them both - its certificate link fails at the regulator and its welcome pack publishes no terms. Thrill is on the opposite end with no welcome offer and therefore no cage to hang it on. OnlyWin beats SlotRave and Bitguruz on paperwork, since a dated, live-verifying certificate outweighs a register row or an undated seal, but SpinSkull's MGA record adds the two things OnlyWin's Curacao certificate lacks, a named ADR and a disclosed brand family, and WinSpin stays ahead by publishing its full cashier and running a bonus a human can actually clear. What keeps OnlyWin off the podium is the same list every time: 45x in 5 days and unnamed payment methods and marketing terms at war with the requirements. Against the anonymous tail of the roster - LolaJack, BigClash and MegaFishWins - it is not a close contest; disclosure this complete is worth two full points of ladder. On our new bonuses page, its package lists it with the highest wagering multiplier.
Final verdict on OnlyWin
OnlyWin cleanly separated my scorecard in half. The top half shows everything new casinos should have: a named company with an address, a licence seal that links to the regulator's own domain and shows the grant date and Active status, stated law, and real session tools. The bottom half shows the worst promotional mechanics I have scored this year: 45x in 5 days at $7 bets, cashback that is calculated on deposits, and a Home Page that shows VPN friendliness and in its terms and conditions states that using a VPN is fraudulent. So the 6.0 is both halves, equally averaged. If OnlyWin's operators matched their promotions to their documentation, the site would be in the top three on this page. Until then it is a well-documented casino I would only ever play without its promotions.

OnlyWin review FAQ
Is OnlyWin Casino legit?
Its paperwork is the most verifiable on our roster: onlywin.com is operated by GBL Solutions N.V. (Curacao, reg 155090), and its licence OGL/2024/589/0556 verifies live on the regulator's certificate page with a grant date of 14 April 2025 and Active status. Legitimate paperwork does not soften the bonus terms - read them before depositing.
What is the OnlyWin welcome bonus wagering requirement?
A 45x wagering requirement on both cash and free spin winnings is offered and must be fulfilled within 5 days of the bonus activation at a maximum stake of $7. Bonus activation must be done within 48 hours of being credited, the release is capped at 10x your deposit, and free spin winnings are limited to $160.
Is the OnlyWin daily cashback real cashback?
No. It is always 5% of the day's deposits, so if you won or lost, you still receive the same amount. It is 30x rolled over, needs to be claimed within a 24 hour period, clears in 48 hours, and will cap at $700. Wager-free cashback is only spoken about in the VIP section of the site, and is only given to the invited players.
What payment methods does OnlyWin accept?
The site does not say publicly. There is no payments page and the terms outline only categories of "bank transfers," "crypto" and other "payment methods," with minimum withdrawals quoted at $35, $80 and $30 respectively. The actual brands are only visible in the cashier section, once you have an account and are logged in.
How fast does OnlyWin pay out?
Withdrawals are processed after verification on a weekday desk, with account checks quoted at up to 3 business days. Limits are active for every loyalty tier and range from $800 a day and $16,000 a month in the base tier to $1,300 and $25,000 available in the highest tier. Any documentation must be submitted within a 30 day period of making a withdrawal request, or the terms allow the operator to confiscate any winnings.
Play responsibly
Gambling is entertainment with a cost, never a way to make money. OnlyWin's break and reality-check tools are genuinely useful - turn them on before you start playing. It offers no deposit limit, so set one yourself in your banking app or with a blocking tool, and treat every bonus as spending, not income.
If play stops feeling like a choice, free and confidential help is available at Gambling Therapy and BeGambleAware. This site is for adults 18 and over.
Review by Adrian Voss, published 27 August 2026.
