Lucky Ones Casino Review 2026: Is It Legit and Fair?

Lucky Ones, sometimes seen as LuckyOnes, is a Curacao-licensed casino and sportsbook. We found their license on the regulator’s register. Lucky Ones’ payments page shows limits for different payment methods prior to account creation. Lucky Ones’ welcome offer is a 4-step bonus up to EUR 20,000 + 500 free spins. The wagering requirements for the bonus is set at 40x the bonus amount, and you have 7 days to meet the requirements. Limits and break from gambling only occur via live chat. A thing to note is this casino isn’t new, as its own terms go back to January 2024.

6.0 What works: licence provided by the regulator, a named company, payment limits for different payment methods, and 18,903 games in lobby. What doesn’t work: 40x wagering requirements in 7 days, limits and break from gambling only available via live chat, and complaints that stop at support or arbitration in Curacao.

Lucky Ones scorecard

Lucky Ones scored 6.0 out of 10 in our analysis. You can read below what was scored at what number. The explanations on what the checks mean can be found on our methodology page.

Licence7 / 10

Lucky Ones terms and conditions mention the Curacao Gaming Authority with licence number OGL/2024/164/0246. The footer also contains space for a licence seal, but in the version we have, that space is blank. We've then checked the regulator's register, and in the edition published on October 2, 2026, this licence was listed as being given to Just Entertainment B.V., registration number 160603, with an indefinite status.

So, the number, company name, and company registration all match. The company is not on the regulator's enforcement list, which is a list of suspended or revoked licences. A 7 was given due to evidence of the licence. It isn't clickable, and 3 other casinos (Winbeatz, Wild Chance and OnlyWin) got an 8 due to a click. Here you need to look the number up yourself.

Company7 / 10

Who runs Lucky Ones? If you go by the terms, it's a company called Just Entertainment B.V., and it's registered under number 160603 at Scharlooweg 39 in Willemstad, Curacao. We found that very same name and number on the regulator's register as well, which means you've got two separate sources telling you the same thing.

Beyond that, there isn't a great deal to go on. Look at the footer and all you get is "© 2026 Lucky Ones", without any company name next to it. The terms don't name a payment company either, and the About page never gets round to telling you who is behind the brand or what else they run. What you're left with is a registered company that has a name and not much around it, and from us that earns a 7.

Launch evidence5 / 10

You won't find an opening date anywhere on Lucky Ones, and the About page doesn't even mention a year. The best you can do is go by the dates on the casino's own documents. Its terms have already reached version 2.3, and they were last updated on 20 January 2024. The responsible gaming page is dated 26 February 2024, and the bonus terms 25 July 2024. Then there's joinluckyones.com, an address that the casino uses for sign-ups, and that one was registered on 8 December 2023.

Add those dates up and it's fairly clear that the casino was already up and running by early 2024. That puts it at more than two years old, which is exactly why it's missing from our main ranking of new casinos. So we've got documents with dates on them and still no opening date from the casino itself, and that works out at a 5.

Bonus terms5 / 10

Put in EUR 20 or more on your first deposit and you get a 150% bonus of up to EUR 3,000, with 200 free spins on top. If you add up all four deposits, the casino advertises the whole package as up to EUR 20,000 and 500 free spins. Each bonus has to be wagered 40 times, and you only have 7 days before it stops being active. For as long as a bonus is running, none of your bets can go above EUR 5. From the first deposit bonus you can cash out EUR 5,000 at the very most, and whatever the welcome free spins win you is cut off at EUR 300.

Credit where it's due: Lucky Ones puts every one of those rules out in the open, and what you read on the promotions page matches what's in the bonus terms. That's the very thing Winbeatz got wrong, and it cost them points. The rules themselves are tough going, all the same. Wagering a bonus 40 times inside a single week means an awful lot of betting, and the EUR 5,000 limit stays where it is no matter how much you've won. On top of that, the bonus terms come with a long list of things the casino counts as abuse, and it stretches all the way to "Maximizing bets on high RTP" games. You also won't find a word anywhere about which games the free spins are meant for, or about what a single spin is worth. So it's a bonus that's easy to read and hard to finish, which is why it gets a 5.

Payments7 / 10

This is the check where Lucky Ones comes out ahead of most of the casinos we've reviewed so far. Its payments page is open to anybody, account or no account, and every method on it comes with its fee, its processing time and its limits, listed once for deposits and then again for withdrawals. In the EUR version that we saw, you can withdraw anything from EUR 20 to EUR 4,000 by card, Skrill or Neteller. With MiFinity the top is EUR 2,500, and if you'd rather have a bank transfer through Inpay or Fixipay, the smallest amount is EUR 200. The ten crypto coins each get limits of their own as well, say 0.0002 to 0.12 BTC, or 20 to 4,000 USDT.

For the overall limits you have to turn to the terms, and they're EUR 4,000 a day, EUR 8,000 a week and EUR 30,000 a month, with whatever goes above that paid out to you in instalments. In other words, you can work out what you'd be able to take out before you've put a single euro in. Still, there are three things that hold this score back. First, every deposit needs to be wagered 3 times before you're allowed to withdraw it. Second, the payments page has the word "Instant" next to each method, yet the terms allow the casino to hold a withdrawal for checks and don't say for how long. And third, the terms put a limit of USD 50,000 on the total profit you can make in one day, and anything over that is open to being "voided entirely".

Games7 / 10

If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the game list, you'll land on a counter. In the version we were shown, that counter read "20 / 18903", which comes to 18,903 games. Right above the list there's a filter for providers, and going by it the casino has 197 of them in total. You'll spot Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and Red Tiger among them. The About page seems to be lagging a bit behind, because it's still talking about "over 14,000+ games". And besides the casino, there's a sportsbook as well.

Have a look at the footer and you'll notice a Gamecheck seal. In case the name is new to you, Gamecheck is an outside service, and its job is to check whether the games at a casino are the real ones that come from the providers. On its page for Lucky Ones it says that no fake games were found, and the most recent check listed there is dated 10 September 2026. The one thing we weren't able to confirm is whether you can play for free. All you get on a game tile is a Play button, and when we opened two games without logging in, neither of them started. That's the reason this check stays at a 7.

Player protections4 / 10

So can you put a limit on your account without anybody's help? Sadly, you can't. According to the responsible gaming page, playing limits, deposit limits and self-exclusion are all there, only there's a single way of getting hold of them: "To activate these options, please contact our Support Service via Live Chat". You won't find a button for any of it in your account. The terms go on to say that deposit limits "cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits", which leaves anyone paying with crypto without that tool altogether.

A complaint doesn't get you much further, either. Customer support is where the terms tell you to start, and once you're past that point every dispute gets "settled exclusively by arbitration in Curaçao". You can search the whole site and you won't see an outside dispute service named. There's one more rule that's worth keeping an eye on: leave your account without any activity for 120 days, and the casino is allowed to take EUR 10 a month out of your balance. Support can be reached by live chat 24/7, and that does count for something. But when you have to ask somebody for every one of these tools, a 4 is as high as we can go.

These scores can all be checked by you. The terms and conditions, payments, promotions, and bonuses are all available to view by anyone. The regulator’s register is also open.

Is Lucky Ones licensed and legit?

Yes. Lucky Ones has a Curacao license, and it's a traceable one. Their terms get it all in a single paragraph, saying the website "is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. registered under No. 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao" and is licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under number OGL/2024/164/0246. That gives you three things to check: a company name, a company number, and a license number.

All three are present on the regulator's side. The Curacao Gaming Authority keeps a public register of its online gaming licences and in the edition dated 2 October 2026, row 552 states: OGL/2024/164/0246, Just Entertainment B.V., B2C, 160603, status Indefinite. You should get there through a seal in the casino's footer. At Lucky Ones, we had to go through the regulator because the seal was not present in the footer. If you would like to check other Curacao casinos for yourselves, our Curacao licence guide shows you where to check.

Lucky Ones welcome bonus and wagering rules

The welcome offer is spread over your first four deposits, with the last three requiring a bonus code. There is also a bigger version of the first deposit offer. These figures are taken from the promotions page of the casino.

The bonus rules that matter most

  • Wagering: 40x within 7 days. The bonus and free spins amounts must be bet 40 times within 7 days. If you take a deposit of €100, you would receive a bonus of €150. In that case, you would have to make €6,000 worth of bets within the week.
  • Max. bet: €5. While you have an active bonus, you can’t place a bet over €5. The terms and conditions state that this rule applies to all deposit bonuses, free bonuses, and free spins wins.
  • Winnings are limited. You can cash out at most EUR 5,000 from the first deposit bonus, and the bonus terms state that's the upper limit for any deposit bonus. What you win from the welcome free spins is also capped at EUR 300.
  • Free spins are awarded in parts. They aren't given all at once. You get 40 spins a day for five consecutive days, but first you have to wager your deposit once. You have to use the free spins within the promotion period or they expire. The casino only states the games as "any of the qualifying games".
  • The terms state your deposit is played through first. This means you can't play with the bonus money until you have played through your deposit. You can get your deposit back if you request it before the wagering is completed, but then the bonus and its winnings are lost. "Without any loss of their own funds" is how the terms state you can forfeit a bonus.
  • Some games contribute less to the wagering requirements. For example, slots count 100% towards requirements, but some games are excluded, and their list states roulette is counted at 25%, blackjack and game shows at 10% each, and baccarat contributes nothing. You can't use bonus money to place bets on sports events.
  • Read the Abuse List. Bonus Terms include betting systems and practices that the casino considers abusive, and the list is lengthy. Betting systems such as Martingale are on it, as well as cutting your stake by more than 80% after a large win, and also “Maximizing bets on high RTP” games. The casino reserves the right to cancel your winnings if they determine you engaged in any of these practices.

Lucky Ones payment methods and withdrawal limits

Most casinos place their cashier behind the login. Lucky Ones places its publicly, one tab for deposits and one for withdrawals. For deposits, the list includes credit cards, Paysafe, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Neosurf, MuchBetter, Interac and bank transfers. For crypto, the list includes 10 coins: BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, XRP, USDT, DOGE, ADA, TRX and BNB. Your account can run in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK, ZAR and CHF, or in one of the above-mentioned crypto coins.

Two of those rows don't quite agree with themselves, and it's worth knowing which. The payments page indicates that all methods are free; however, the FAQ for the casino states that you are charged the fee by the payment provider on a withdrawal. The terms also state that a withdrawal can be “held for the time needed to complete verifications and reviews.” Plan to have your ID documents handy for your first withdrawal. Also, the terms state that the 3x rule still applies to a withdrawal, meaning that if you deposited 100 EUR, you would need to place 300 EUR in bets to withdraw the 100 EUR.

Lucky Ones games and providers

There are a ton of games available. The counter next to the full game list stated 18,903. The casino has 197 providers. The largest providers by the number of games are KA Gaming, Spinomenal, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution. You can sort the lobby by type, including slots, table games, live games, instant win games, and jackpots, and each game displays the provider name. The casino adjusts which providers are visible based on the country.

I have two more things to address. First, the Gamecheck seal in the footer leads to a page that states the games checked at Lucky Ones were real games, with the last game check on 10 September 2026. Second, free play. The page titles state “For Real Money or Free”, but the tiles only had a Play button. Both games we opened without an account stayed empty. Therefore, we cannot confirm that you will be able to try out the games before you sign up.

Limits, self-exclusion and complaints at Lucky Ones

The self-exclusion, play limits and deposit limit features exist on Lucky Ones, but you are unable to switch them on yourself. The Responsible Gaming page states, "please contact our Support Service via Live Chat", meaning you will have to talk to an agent at the casino at the time you may want to talk to them the least. Furthermore, for crypto deposits, there is no deposit limit you can set because the terms and conditions state it will not be allowed.

What happens if something goes wrong? The Terms & Conditions say you should contact customer support first. From there, the only other option the terms provide is arbitration in Curacao, which is unrealistic for the typical player. There are no outside dispute services named, which is a big omission. Our complaints guide explains what an outside dispute service is and why it’s important. There is also the 120-day rule which should be mentioned here as well. The casino can start taking 10 euros per month after 120 days if you have funds in your account and you've taken a break for longer than 4 months.

Countries where Lucky Ones is not available

Lucky Ones does not accept players from all countries. There are 26 countries in the terms whose players can't deposit or play for real money. There are also separate bonus terms with 8 countries whose players can't get bonuses.

You are not allowed to deposit or play if your country is on the first list. The terms say that if you break this rule and pay in anyway, the casino "does not guarantee the availability of a refund." See the list in 3.3 of the terms before you sign up. It only takes a minute.

Is Lucky Ones a new casino?

No, so it isn't ranked on our new casinos page. That page lists casinos whose launch evidence is less than 24 months old. Lucky Ones had its terms at version 2.3 by January 2024, making it beyond that cut-off date. We scored it using the same 7 checks as every other casino on this site. You'll find it on two of our themed pages, however: crypto casinos, for its cashier, and casino bonuses, for its welcome offer.

Who is Lucky Ones good for?

Lucky Ones is useful for people who prefer to see the rules before they begin. Lucky Ones has listed all their rules, limits, and withdrawal limits on public pages, and the license is on the regulator’s register. If you want to see a lot of games or pay with crypto, Lucky Ones covers 10 coins with their own limits.

It’s a poorer fit if you want to control your own play. Limits and self-exclusion can only be done in live chat. Crypto deposits can’t be limited at all. The fit is also poorer if you’re looking for a good bonus. Lucky Ones has a bonus with 40 times playthrough in 7 days, with a EUR 5 maximum bet. Anything above EUR 5,000 that you win with a deposit bonus can also be taken away. High Rollers should once again look at the limits. Lucky Ones has a EUR 30,000 limit in one month.

Lucky Ones compared with other casinos we reviewed

Lucky Ones scored a 6.0 out of 10 in our review. OnlyWin got the same score. Lucky Ones is slightly under Thrill and Wild Chance (6.1 each) and Winbeatz (6.4). OnlyWin and Wild Chance all have a Curacao license, as does Winbeatz. Winbeatz has withdrawal limits, but doesn't display them until after you sign up, and Lucky Ones does show them. Wild Chance also has withdrawal limits, and shows them level by level. The player protections are the opposite. Winbeatz offers the ability to set deposit limits, as well as naming a third-party dispute resolution service. Neither of these options is available at Lucky Ones. The bonus terms are in the middle, and easier to understand than Winbeatz. The offer is mentioned on our casino bonus page, where it comes in third place out of 20 offers, and third out of 13 cashiers on the crypto casinos page.

Final verdict on Lucky Ones

Adrian Voss, GlobalCasinoRank reviewer

Most casinos bury their payment limits and terms behind an account, if they show them at all. Not Lucky Ones. There, payment limits were readily available. Withdrawal limits were accessible in the terms and conditions, and the license was on the regulator’s register when I checked. Kudos for that. Lucky Ones stumbles when it comes to player control. There are no deposit limits players can set themselves, and a complaint after support is completely out of players’ control and goes only to arbitration in Curacao. The bonus, while big on the main page, has reams of restrictive terms and conditions. I’d suggest reading the payments page and section 9 of the terms first. Skip the bonus until you are absolutely sure you can clear it in a week. And finally, set your deposit limit on day one via support.

Lucky Ones review FAQ

Is Lucky Ones Casino legit?

Yes, as far as its licence goes, it is. Behind the casino you'll find Just Entertainment B.V., which is a Curacao company registered under the number 160603, and the licence it runs on has the number OGL/2024/164/0246. You can look both of those numbers up on the public licence register of the Curacao Gaming Authority, where the edition from 2 October 2026 shows them with the status Indefinite. Bear in mind that a licence does nothing to soften the bonus rules, so make sure you read those as well.

What is the Lucky Ones wagering requirement?

You have to wager the bonus 40 times, and the casino gives you 7 days to get that done. While you're at it, none of your bets is allowed to be higher than EUR 5. Whatever you win with free spins needs to be wagered 40 times too. As for cashing out, a deposit bonus lets you take up to EUR 5,000, and the welcome free spins up to EUR 300. Slots count in full towards the wagering, whereas roulette counts at just 25% and blackjack at 10%.

How much can you withdraw from Lucky Ones?

Going by the terms, you can take out up to EUR 4,000 a day, EUR 8,000 a week and EUR 30,000 a month. A single withdrawal by card, Skrill or Neteller has to be somewhere between EUR 20 and EUR 4,000. Should you win more than the limit allows, the casino pays you the rest in instalments. And don't forget that every deposit needs to be wagered 3 times before you're able to withdraw it.

What payment methods does Lucky Ones accept?

On the payments page you'll see credit cards, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, MuchBetter, Paysafe, Neosurf, Interac and bank transfer, and alongside them ten crypto coins, with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT among them. For most methods the smallest deposit you can make is EUR 20. Since that page is open to everybody, it's easy to check the limits for the method you want to use before you've even opened an account.

Can you set deposit limits at Lucky Ones?

You can, but only if you ask for one. It's the support team that sets up deposit limits, playing limits and self-exclusion, and they do it through live chat, because your account doesn't have a switch for any of them. When it comes to crypto deposits, the terms say that a deposit limit can't be applied at all. So if limits are important to you, it's best to get this arranged with support before you make your first deposit.

Play responsibly

Gambling is entertainment, never income. Lucky Ones allows deposit limit only via Live Chat. Ask support to set a limit before you make your first deposit. Treat a bonus as money you've already spent. Nobody makes you take a bonus.
